Settlement Service: Homeowner's Insurance
Charge or Range of Charges: Gulfstream Risk Partners, LLC, as a licensed insurance producer, may be compensated by the insurance carrier in connection with the sale of a homeowners' insurance policy. In addition, Yellow Home Inc. may receive compensation from Gulfstream Risk Partners, LLC pursuant to a revenue sharing arrangement in connection with referred policies. Annual premium rates for homeowners' insurance vary substantially depending on many factors, including the type and amount of coverage, property value, home or community features, building materials used, type, age, location, and size of home, claims history, and other factors as allowed by state law and insurance regulations. The availability of insurance options and compensation arrangements may vary by state.
